It is a date tea cream Daifuku manufactured in-house, and it is the northernmost tea leaf producing area, with the proud Hokkaido grain bean paste carefully kneaded by a long-established Japanese confectionery craftsman and the special fresh cream using milk from Zao Kogen. The fragrant Date tea grown in Momou Town, Miyagi Prefecture, and the algae salt from Shiogama are sprinkled and carefully wrapped one by one.
